We are pleased to announce our appointment by Wessex Water Services Limited to lead the comprehensive refurbishment of the Pelican Business Services office in Nailsea. This design and build project focuses on modernising the facility through a series of critical infrastructure upgrades and high-quality aesthetic enhancements. Our scope of work is designed to improve the building’s operational efficiency while creating a contemporary workspace for the Pelican team.

Key Project Scope:

• Infrastructure & Accessibility: installation of a new lift and high-performance windows to improve both accessibility and energy efficiency.
• M&E Modernisation: Significant mechanical and electrical upgrades, featuring advanced Mitsubishi heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal climate control and sustainability.
• Building Fabric: essential roof repairs and upgrades to secure the building’s integrity and further enhance thermal performance.
• Modern Workspace Design: the delivery of vibrant, functional office accommodation, including a full refurbishment of all WC facilities throughout the building.
