Building Career Confidence at St. Bernadette Secondary School

As part of our ongoing commitment to local education, our team recently visited St. Bernadette Secondary School to host professional mock interviews for Year 11 students.

Led by Social Value Manager Katie Corbett and Helen Tamlin, the sessions focused on:

• Confidence Building - navigating high pressure professional environments
• Communication - Translating academic achievements into "work-ready" dialogue
• Career Readiness - Providing direct feedback from industry volunteers.

With GCSEs on the horizon, it was a privilege to help these students refine the "soft skills" that will serve them long after their exams are over. Huge thanks to the school for hosting us, we look forward to seeing what this ambitious group achieves next.
