Driving Social Value through Education

Supporting the next generation is at the heart of our mission. Recently, we collaborated with Bristol works (an employment and skills service owned and operate by Bristol City Council) to facilitate "Strengths, Interests and Values" sessions for Year 9 students a defining moment for those beginning to consider their GCSE options.

Over six hours of engagement, our Social Value & EDI Manager, Katie Corbett, highlighted how aligning personal values with academic choices creates a foundation for long-term success.

Highlights included:

• Skills Development: Students honed "soft skills" through rapid-fire networking
• Industry Access: Direct dialogue between students and professionals
• Future Planning: Strategic guidance for upcoming academic milestones
