• Acoustic & Environmental Controls: To respect the needs of neurology patients, all high-noise operations were strictly restricted around clinical schedules and meal times.  Advanced dust suppression and isolation containment barriers were maintained throughout the works to protect air quality in adjacent live areas.
• Subcontractor Briefings & Site Culture: Every supply chain partner underwent mandatory site-specific inductions before starting work.  Daily morning briefings aligned trade activities with the hospital's operational priorities, guaranteeing strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Constrained Site Logistics: Navigating strict on-site parking limits and busy blue-light access routes, our site managers utilised a strict Just-In-Time delivery schedule.  All materials were offloaded and transferred straight into the building envelope, preventing vehicle congestion and keeping primary site roads clear to emergency services.
