"The delivered window refurbishment exhibits a high standard of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Recognising the inherent limitations of traditional sash windows, the integration of secondary glazing has demonstrably enhanced their performance and is anticipated to significantly improve the energy efficiency of Cabot House, potentially elevating its energy rating from a 'B' to an 'A'.  Local residents have been very positive regarding the aesthetic improvements resulting from the new windows. The positive impact of the completed works has been noted and appreciated by both students and staff, and we are really proud of what Bray & Slaughter have achieved".
